These cow legs were sitting outside of a local butcher's shop in Saray. In Azerbaijan, butchers display their meat on hooks outside their shops. If you want something, you point to the piece and ask the price. I think these pieces would have cost a decent amount, as there is a special stew made from the legs and hooves. I thankfully have not had the opportunity to partake. Anyways, enjoy!
